It’s that time of year again. Actual Spring. We’ve weathered the ‘Spring of Deception’, ‘The Swooping’ and ‘The Pollening’…..to finally arrive in sweet, sweet, (windy) Spring. We’re enjoying intermittent warmer weather and longer daylight-savings evenings while quietly wondering where we’ve stored the sunscreen and cursing the sight of our first blowfly (seriously, already?).

Finally, let’s literally talk about guts. Our Microbiome for Lifelong Wellness Workshop with Dr Marina McPherson dives into the tiny universe inside you that affects everything from energy to mood. Turns out, feeding your microbiome is a whole lot easier (and tastier) than feeding a picky five-year-old.
