The festive season is full of reasons to celebrate with family, friends, at long lunches, end-of-year parties, and work functions. But it can also be a time when the wine flows a little too easily and we roll into January feeling tired, foggy and wishing we’d paced ourselves.
That’s where Sip & Shine comes in.
Join certified Life and Wellbeing Coach Emma Gilmour from Hope Rising Coaching for a fun afternoon that proves alcohol-free doesn’t mean fun-free. You’ll discover how to mix, shake and stir stunning drinks that look and taste amazing, minus the morning-after regrets. (we’re working on some tasters too - stay tuned)
Emma will also share how choosing to drink less (or not at all) can bring more connection, clarity and calm to your life, especially during the silly season.
What you’ll experience
• Festive mocktail masterclass – Learn how to balance flavours and create beautiful drinks that still feel like a celebration.
• DIY mocktail bar – Mix your own creation and see what magic happens when you get creative.
• “Name Your Mocktail” competition – Because a good drink deserves a good story.
• Take-home recipes – Impress your guests (and your liver) at your next gathering.
Why it’s worth raising your glass (of sparkling water)
Cutting back on alcohol over summer isn’t about being a buzzkill — it’s about keeping your energy, mood and wellbeing on your side.
Less alcohol means:
Better sleep, skin and focus (and who doesn’t want that in December?)
More genuine connection with the people you love
Fewer awkward dance-floor regrets
And waking up feeling fresh enough to enjoy the day after the party
This is an afternoon for anyone (guys and gals) who want to celebrate more mindfully, discover new flavours, and have a good laugh along the way. The Piggery grounds are great for the kids to kick a ball around too making it an event the whole family can enjoy.
