A 6 week MBCT Program to provide techniques to bring a sense of calm and awareness to the busy lives of mothers (or mothers to be).

Just bring yourself. Babes in arms are welcome. No previous experience is necessary.

Learn short practices to apply in our busy lives

Reduce worries, anxiety and distress enjoy more energy create a sense of calm

Improve concentration and increase productivity develop a sense of empathy and connectedness

Enjoy better health and sleep
