How It Works
Bring toys your family no longer uses
Drop them off at the check-in table when you arrive.Receive swap tokens
You’ll get one token per approved toy. Tokens can be used to “buy” other toys during the swap.Browse the toy tables
All toys will be sorted by category—puzzles, dolls, outdoor toys, games, craft kits and more.Swap and take home new goodies!
When the swap opens, use your tokens to choose the toys you’d like.Leftover toys
At the end of the event, any toys not selected will be donated to local op shops who urgently need children’s items at this time of year.
Your donation goes on to help even more families.

Please Don’t Bring:
Broken toys
Toys with missing essential pieces
Recalled items
Soft toys in poor condition
Anything unsafe or overly worn
Our volunteers may need to decline items that don’t meet safety or quality guidelines.
Expectations & Etiquette
Fairness matters: The token system keeps things equitable for everyone.
Please be kind to volunteers as they inspect items and manage the swap.
Supervise children while browsing—lots of tempting items within reach!
Take only what you have tokens for so everyone gets a fair chance.
No reselling—swapped toys are for personal use only.
Community spirit first: This event is about sharing, sustainability, and supporting each other.
Why We Do It
Toy swaps help families save money, reduce waste, and keep quality toys in circulation. They also lighten the load for families before the holidays while helping local op shops support those most in need.
