Alannah Weir Raab is the creative behind Weirdesign, a Lilydale-based home design studio for what Weirdesign lovingly calls their “Weirdos” (sole traders and entrepreneurs not living inside the box).

With a background in music, arts, events and storytelling, Alannah blends her love of history, pop culture and a marketing and graphic design understanding of human buying behaviour with practical design and branding skills.

She helps musicians, creatives, mumpreneurs and small businesses specialising in the arts, motherhood and child development spaces bring their ideas to life with honesty and heart.

Known for her relaxed, collaborative approach, Alannah believes the best brands are built on truth not trends and she’s here to help you show up in the world as your full, brilliant self.

Let’s Get Weird – Branding and Perception of Your Business

This real talk session is for anyone who feels overwhelmed by branding, unsure where to start, or like their business doesn’t quite fit the mould.

Alannah will unpack how to use storytelling, colour, visual consistency and your own unique background to create a brand that is both professional and deeply personal.

It’s about letting go of trends, getting clear on your message and building something that feels like you.

Alannah understands how exhausting it can be to run a business, especially when you’re doing it all yourself, and she brings a kind, no-fluff approach to help you reconnect with why you started and how to share that with the world.

Who is it for:
Creatives juggling it all and trying to make an impact.
Including mumpreneurs balancing a million ideas with family life, and anyone figuring it out as they go who wants to feel more confident in how their brand shows up.

You'll walk away with:

A clearer understanding of how to find their brand’s why and how to share it visually
Simple rules to create consistency across socials, websites and promotional material
Confidence to stop second-guessing and start showing up as a fully-formed brand
A checklist to help make branding decisions easier moving forward
A reminder that you don’t have to be a marketing expert to have a brand that works and fits your unique message
