Eastern Health is excited to invite parents and caregivers to a special free webinar, Raising Connected Kids: The Table Talk Project. Thanks to funding from Yarra Ranges Council, we are bringing the Table Talk Project to local families—offering practical tools to strengthen family relationships, improve wellbeing, and build connection through meaningful conversations around food.
Developed by founder Neil Milton, the Table Talk Project helps families reconnect at the table using simple, playful and thoughtful prompts designed to spark conversation. In this engaging one‑hour webinar, Neil will share the story behind the project, why connection matters, and how small, everyday moments can have a big impact on children’s wellbeing.
