We know that life brings change -sometimes expected, sometimes not. Join us for a free Community Information Session to help discover ways we can provide support following change, loss and grief.

The MacKillop Seasons for Growth and Stormbirds program, delivered in partnership with the Eastern Primary Health Network (PHN) will help you build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and experience a sense of connection-helping to close gaps in wellbeing support across our community.

What to Expect
During the evening, presenters from the MacKillop Seasons Centre will provide detailed information about the programs, share valuable resources, and answer your questions.

You will also have the opportunity to share your community’s needs, connect with trained Yarra Ranges facilitators, and explore how we can work together as part of this Commonwealth-funded program to better support our communities-because no one should have to navigate change, loss, or recovery alone.
