You don't have to figure that out yourself. I've spent years researching the nervous system science behind transitions, testing what actually works on my own family, and making it simple enough to use on the hardest mornings. That part's done. You just have to show up.

I'm Jess — an autistic mum of two in the Yarra Ranges who hates change and has spent years figuring out how to get ahead of it. I use rhythm, simple rituals, and essential oils as transition anchors. And it works.

This is a relaxed, come-as-you-are, neurodivergent friendly session where you'll explore the nervous system science behind why transitions throw off your day — and leave with a simple essential oil blend you can use as a transition anchor at home today.
