Wake up with the forest and start your weekend right!

Join Leah, a local mum, ecologist and all around nature lover on  an early morning moderate 6km loop through Sherbrooke forest - if we're lucky we might even spot some lyrebirds, wallabies and kangaroos. What you will definitely do is breathe in some fresh air, release the stress of the week, and get some of those all important endorphins working. Early mornings in the forest is a really special experience worth setting the alarm for.

Meet at 7am at Grants picnic ground. The walk will be around 1.5-2 hours depending on the pace of the group. There is a bit of a climb so a moderate level of fitness required. Kids welcome if they are capable. Feel free to stick around afterwards and enjoy a cuppa and some breakfast.
