Videos from our Self-defence classes

These videos were filmed by attendees at our community self-defence sessions and are shared here to help you revisit and practice what you’ve learned, or get a feel for what our classes are all about.

They show simple, practical techniques designed to boost your confidence in everyday situations - walking to your car, out with friends, or just going about your day.

Important note:
These moves may look easy, but they’re still physical techniques that involve your body and others. Practising at home is great, but please be mindful of your surroundings and your safety. We strongly recommend watching the full demonstrations, listening to the guidance given, and not practising with full force unless under the supervision of a trained instructor.

Your safety and confidence is our goal, not bruises in the living room.
