Why do mindfulness?

Mindfulness helps us manage ourselves. It gives us the option of being aware of what is going on with ourselves and our environment, so that we can respond in an effective way to what is happening for us.  This might seem like a simple thing, however it is a skill that is improved with practice.

Mindfulness improves performance and productivity. It reduces suffering and increases happiness, can increase control of your mind and emotions. Mindfulness can improve relationships.
