Mindful Moves is a women’s only floor-based, intuitive movement class that’s all about reconnecting with your body and giving your nervous system a little love.
A 4 week term, beginning Sunday 27th July
This women’s only, floor-based, beginner-friendly ‘movement’ workshop is designed to get you out of your head and back into your body.
We start and end with a guided meditation, so you leave feeling like you’ve just had a nap and a hug… Perfect for mums who are overstimulated, touched-out, or just want to move in a way that feels calm, supportive, and nothing like a gym class.
Rooted in non-linear and mana movement practices, it’s all about releasing stress and moving with intention – no rules, no pressure. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter. (4 week term excl 7/9)
