A 6 week in-person therapeutic group program for mothers who have experienced birth trauma.

When we work with mothers we focus on her mind, body, and heart. It’s not just about talking it through—it’s about tending to your whole self, emotionally, physically, and mentally.

The Reconnection Framework

The Reconnection framework brings together our combined skill sets and is rooted in both clinical knowledge, and lived experiences.

Over 6 weeks we will build connection between your mind body and heart.

Mind Understanding birth trauma and how it influences a mother’s sense of self.

Body Recognising how trauma is held in the body and reconnecting with physical needs.

Heart Exploring emotional core needs and using self-compassion as a tool for healing.

Through guided discussions, therapeutic tools and shared experiences we aim to help you process your story, build resilience and nurture healing.

Designed to support mothers who are seeking support and guidance to help them feel heard and validated in their experience, more compassion and connected to self and worthy of support and healing.
