Mindfulness for Mums

A 6 week MBCT Program to provide techniques to bring a sense of calm and awareness to the busy lives of mothers (or mothers to be).

Just bring yourself. Babes in arms are welcome. No previous experience is necessary.

  • Learn short practices to apply in our busy lives

  • Reduce worries, anxiety and distress enjoy more energy create a sense of calm

  • Enhance awareness and creativity

  • Improve concentration and increase productivity develop a sense of empathy and connectedness

  • Enjoy better health and sleep
