This new class is for Mummas with baby in their belly or baby already born (pre and post natal). A class designed for you to connect in with your body whilst bonding with your baby, in a heart centred space.

For Mummas who are pregnant, this is your opportunity to connect in and to your body that is growing your beautiful baby. Take some time to yourself to feel into this new life you are creating whilst in awareness of your body's needs. For Mums who have recently birthed, this is your time to reinvigorate and rehabilitate your body after pregnancy and birth, by bringing awareness back into your body and embracing the changes that have taken place.

For all Mummas, present and future, this class will help you gently relax and strengthen your body while embracing the ebb & flow of energy during the beginning of your parenting journey. We'd love for babies to join (if they are pre-crawlers), so please bring along a mat/blanket/wrap for baby to lie on and whatever they need to be comfortable. Breastfeeding is welcome during the class. A change mat will be provided.
