Lynne kennedy

Anxiety and grief can feel overwhelming for children and teens, affecting how they think, feel and engage with the world around them. It may show up as constant worry, physical symptoms, avoidance of everyday activities, sleep difficulties, or strong emotional reactions that feel confusing and distressing. Over time, these challenges can quietly erode confidence and make school, friendships, and family life harder than they need to be.
