We are a team of three occupational therapists dedicated to providing high-quality services for individuals in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, especially for Home Care Package holders. Our goal is to help people live independently and comfortably in their homes by offering personalised therapy to meet each individual’s needs.

Our Mission:
We aim to empower people to live safely and independently at home. We focus on improving daily function, offering personalised interventions, and enhancing well-being. We work closely with families, caregivers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for our clients.

Meet the Team:

Lynda Power – Occupational Therapist

With 22 years of experience, Lynda helps people improve daily living skills and home safety. She has worked in both community and hospital settings and holds a Master’s in Advanced Occupational Therapy. Lynda is passionate about building confidence and helping individuals reach their full potential.

Steph Hayes – Occupational Therapist

With a strong focus on promoting independence and improving quality of life, Steph works alongside clients and their families to develop personalised solutions. She focuses on creating tailored approaches to improve home safety and functionality, ensuring each individual receives the support they need to thrive.

Hayley Blanche – Occupational Therapist

Hayley supports older adults with physical disabilities, helping them regain independence in daily routines. She provides practical solutions to enhance safety and function in the home environment. Hayley is great at hearing what clients have to say, developing and executing individualised treatment plans.

We understand Home Care Package holders have varying needs, and we work to ensure everyone receives the best care within their budget.
