Pelvic Floor Strengthening for Women

Discover how to strengthen your pelvic floor in a small group in a safe environment at the MotHs Hub.

Date: Wednesday 6th and 13th March
Time: From 12:30pm
Where: MotHs Hub, 6 Hayes Place, Belgrave

Due to the previous weeks of storms and bushfire risk, these sessions have been moved to these new March dates.

This 3 session in-person course will teach you about the anatomical function of the pelvic floor muscles, how they work (or often don't work after you have had a baby!) and how to strengthen the muscles. Strengthening your pelvic floor can reduce incontinence or bladder weakness, close abdominal separation, reduce lower back pain, and improve balance.
All women deserve access to pelvic floor health. Please choose a payment option that suits you.

What are others saying?
"I'm surprised at how quickly the course and exercises made a difference! The course was well-paced and quite detailed, and your open and friendly manner made it a very welcoming space to discuss this sensitive topic. The best part was getting feedback to know if I was doing exercises properly, which I wasn't before coming to see you. I'll definitely be recommending you and this course to any mums I come across - thanks Prue!" - J, mum of 2.
